Posters and leaflets help make your space feel welcoming from the moment someone walks in, showing your commitment to inclusion straight away. This gives people a moment to pause and settle when they arrive somewhere new, where there can often be uncertainty about whether they will feel comfortable. It’s more than just a nice touch, it signals safety and reassurance, especially for those who may not have felt included in other space, or have experienced discrimination in the past.
